Service Standard

During the stage of design, installation, commissioning and test operation, detailed drawings and technical information will be provided to customer, including , soot blower installation drawings, layout drawings , allocation drawings , operation process drawings of blowing system, diagrams of primary and secondary principle, PLC logic diagrams, protection logic diagrams, control logic diagrams, cable, cable & pipeline layout drawings, ,, ,,product qualification certificate, auxiliary products certificates etc.
1. Free maintenance more than 12 months of the Pulse Soot Blowing System,we support technical service and maintenance for free in the guarantee period.
2. We support service for the selled products.
